Instructions

Step 1: Make the Hot Honey

  2. Warm gently over low heat for 2–3 minutes — don’t boil!

  3. Remove from heat and let it infuse while you prep the rest.

Step 2: Toast the Baguette

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush both sides with olive oil.

  4. Let cool slightly — you want them warm but not too hot to handle.

Step 3: Prep the Avocado Spread

  1. In a small bowl, mash the avocado with lemon juice, salt, and pepper until creamy but still a little chunky.

  2. Taste and adjust seasoning — a tiny pinch of salt makes the flavors pop.

  1. Spread a generous layer of mashed avocado on each toasted baguette slice.

  2. Sprinkle crumbled feta evenly on top.
