Ingredients (for 6 servings):
• 113 g butter (1/2 cup) • 170 g dark chocolate (chopped) • 2 eggs • 2 egg yolks • 1/4 cup (50 g) granulated sugar • 1/8 teaspoon salt (a very small pinch) • 2 tablespoons flour

Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 230°C (450°F). Grease small soufflé cups (ramekins) with butter and lightly dust with cocoa powder. 2. Melt the butter and dark chocolate in a bowl using a double boiler or microwave in short intervals, stirring frequently. 3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs + egg yolks + sugar until fluffy. 4. Add the melted chocolate mixture to the egg mixture and stir. 5. Sift in the salt and flour → gently fold in with a spatula. 6. Divide the mixture among the prepared ramekins. 7. Bake for only 8-10 minutes. The edges should look cooked, but the center should be soft. 8. Remove from the oven and let cool for 1 minute. Serve in the dish or flip it onto a plate.
