Instructions
1. Preheat the oven

Set your oven to 180°C / 350°F.

Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Prepare the Brie

Place the Brie wheel on the parchment.

If you prefer, lightly score the top rind in a crisscross pattern to help the honey and figs soak in.
3. Add toppings

Arrange the sliced figs on top of the Brie.

Sprinkle over the toasted pecans and rosemary (if using).
