Mango Tapioca



Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe mangoes

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (370 ml)

  • 1 can evaporated milk (370 ml)

  • 1 container all-purpose cream (optional)

  • 1 cup nata de coco

  • 1 cup small cooked sago (white/clear)

  • 25g mango-flavored gelatin powder (yellow)

Instructions:

  1. Peel and puree the ripe mangoes until smooth.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the mango puree, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and all-purpose cream (if using). Mix well.

  3. Prepare the mango-flavored gelatin according to the package instructions and allow it to set slightly.

  4. Once the gelatin starts to thicken, gently fold it into the mango mixture.

  5. Add the cooked sago and nata de coco to the mixture, stirring carefully to combine.

  6. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

  7. Serve cold and enjoy this refreshing mango tapioca dessert!
