These Crispy Chicken Parmesan Rolls are a delicious twist on the classic Chicken Parmesan. The tender chicken breasts are breaded with a crispy, golden panko coating and stuffed with melted mozzarella cheese. 4 chicken breasts, thinly sliced

1 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs, beaten
2 cups panko breadcrumbs
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
8 slices mozzarella cheese
2 cups marinara sauce
Olive oil, for frying
