Instructions
1. Prepare the Honey Dijon Chicken:In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
