 This Savory Tuscan Chicken Bake is an irresistible one-pan meal that’s bursting with flavor! With tender chicken breasts, sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, and a creamy garlic sauce, it’s a comforting, Mediterranean-inspired dish that will leave you craving more. Perfect for a cozy dinner! 

Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tbsp olive oil
1 cup sun-dried tomatoes (packed in oil), drained and chopped
2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup chicken broth
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Fresh basil, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish with olive oil or cooking spray.

Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, then sear them for 3–4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
⏱️ Searing Time: 8 minutes

In the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil and sauté the garlic for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
⏱️ Garlic Sautéing Time: 2 minutes

Add the chopped sun-dried tomatoes and spinach to the skillet, cooking until the spinach wilts (about 2–3 minutes).
⏱️ Veggie Cooking Time: 3 minutes

Stir in the heavy cream and chicken broth, bringing the mixture to a simmer. Cook for 2–3 minutes to thicken the sauce.
⏱️ Sauce Simmer Time: 3 minutes

Place the seared chicken breasts back into the skillet, spooning the sauce and veggies over the chicken. Sprinkle with Parmesan and mozzarella cheese.
⏱️ Assembling Time: 5 minutes

Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
