Ingredients:

For the Cake:

1 Box Devil's Food Cake Mix

1 Box (3.9 oz) Instant Chocolate Pudding

5 Eggs

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

3/4 Cup Oil

1 Cup Sour Cream (or Buttermilk)

3/4 Cup Brewed Coffee

2 Cups Nestlé Toll House Chocolate Chips

For the Ganache Icing:

1 Stick Salted Butter

2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder

1/2 Box Powdered Sugar

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

3 Tbsp Milk

1/2 Cup Pecan Pieces (optional)

Directions:
For the Cake:

Preheat the Oven: Set the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt cake pan.

Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the Devil's Food cake mix, instant chocolate pudding mix, and all dry ingredients.

Mix Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, vanilla, oil, sour cream (or buttermilk), and brewed coffee.

Combine: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and blend well until smooth. Fold in the chocolate chips.

Bake the Cake: Pour the batter into the prepared bundt cake pan. Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes before turning it out onto a cake plate or large round platter.

For the Ganache Icing:

Make the Ganache: In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add the cocoa powder and mix well. Stir in the powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk. Continue stirring until smooth and well combined.

Add Pecans (Optional): If using, add the pecan pieces to the ganache and stir them in.

Pour Over Cake: Pour the warm ganache over the cooled cake, spreading evenly.

Serving: Serve the cake warm, ideally with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on the side. If serving later, you can heat the cake slightly in the microwave before serving.
