Ingredients:
2 cups pineapple juice
1 cup pineapple juice (used as an alternative to pineapple rum)
1 cup vanilla extract diluted in water (used as an alternative to vanilla rum)
½ cup blue curaçao syrup (non-alcoholic substitute for blue curaçao, adjusted for desired lagoon-blue color)
1 cup coconut water or lemon-lime soda (for fizz and refreshment)
Optional: splash of lime juice or coconut cream for extra depth
Crushed ice
Optional Garnish:
Pineapple wedges
Lime slices
Maraschino cherries
Edible flowers
Instructions:
Fill your pitcher or punch bowl:
In a large pitcher or punch bowl, combine 2 cups pineapple juice, 1 cup additional pineapple juice (to replace pineapple rum), 1 cup vanilla extract diluted with water (as a vanilla rum substitute), and ½ cup blue curaçao syrup.
Stir to combine:
Use a long spoon to gently but thoroughly stir the ingredients, blending them into a vibrant ocean-blue base.
Add fizz:
Just before serving, add 1 cup of coconut water or lemon-lime soda. Stir gently to maintain the fizz.
Taste and adjust:
Taste the punch - add a splash of fresh lime juice if you prefer it tarter, or a few tablespoons of coconut cream for a creamier texture.
Serve over crushed ice:
Fill glasses with crushed ice, pour the punch over the top, and garnish with pineapple wedges, lime slices, maraschino cherries, or edible flowers for a tropical presentation.
