Ingredients:

8 oz sirloin steak, thinly sliced

12 oz large shrimp, peeled and deveined

10 oz egg noodles or ramen noodles

2 tbsp vegetable oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 yellow bell pepper, sliced

1/2 cup soy sauce

Instructions:

1.  Cook the noodles:

Start by cooking the egg noodles or ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside, keeping them slightly moist to prevent sticking.

2.  Prepare the steak and shrimp:

While the noodles are cooking, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the thinly sliced sirloin steak and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until it’s browned and cooked to your liking. Remove the steak from the skillet and set it aside.

3.  Cook the shrimp:

In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until they turn pink and opaque. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set them aside with the steak.

4.  Stir-fry the vegetables:

Add the sliced red and yellow bell peppers to the skillet. Sauté for 2-3 minutes, or until the peppers are tender but still crisp. Add the minced garlic and cook for another 30 seconds, or until fragrant.

5.  Combine everything:

Add the cooked noodles back to the skillet with the peppers and garlic. Pour in the soy sauce, and toss everything together until well combined. Add the steak and shrimp back into the skillet, stirring gently to mix all the ingredients.

6.  Serve:

Once everything is heated through and the flavors have melded, serve immediately. Enjoy the savory garlic butter goodness in each bite!
