This dish pairs savory shrimp stir-fried noodles with juicy

Ingredients:
1 pound fresh mushrooms (button or cremini work best)
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko for extra crunch)
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil for frying
Instructions:
Clean the mushrooms by wiping them with a damp cloth. Remove the stems if desired.
Set up a breading station: in one bowl, place the flour; in another bowl, whisk the eggs; in the third bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Dip each mushroom into the flour, then into the egg, and finally coat it with the breadcrumb mixture, making sure it’s fully covered.
Heat about 1 inch of olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add the breaded mushrooms in batches.
Fry the mushrooms for about 3-4 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy. Be sure to flip them halfway through to ensure even cooking.
Remove the mushrooms from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil.
