This recipe is a creamy pasta made out boursin cheese, cherry tomatoes, spinach, garlic and olive oil.
Ingredients:
1/2 pound pasta cooked
1 boursin cheese
2 cups baby spinach
1 pack cherry tomatoes (1 1/2 cup)
3 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
Steps:
In a baking pan, put the boursin cheese in the middle. Add spinach, garlic, and tomatoes on the sides. Drizzle the olive oil. Add salt and pepper to taste. Bake at 375F for 15 minutes.
While baking, cook your pasta or spaghetti according to package instructions.
After 15 minutes, take out the pan from the oven. Mashed the tomatoes and mix the melted cheese and other veggies very well. Add in the pasta. Mix well and ready to serve.
