Ingredients:

1 lb beef sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced

3 cups broccoli florets

1 large carrot, sliced

8 oz egg noodles or spaghetti

3 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons oyster sauce

2 teaspoons cornstarch

1 teaspoon sesame oil

3 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 cup beef broth

4 garlic cloves, minced

Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Cook the Noodles:

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

Add the egg noodles or spaghetti and cook according to package instructions (usually around 7-9 minutes).

Drain and set aside.
2. Prepare the Sauce:

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and beef broth.

Stir until the cornstarch is dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
3. Cook the Beef:

Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced beef and cook for about 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it’s browned and just cooked through.

Remove the beef from the skillet and set it aside.
4. Sauté the Vegetables:

In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.

Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add the broccoli florets and sliced carrot to the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
5. Combine:

Return the cooked beef to the skillet with the vegetables.

Pour the prepared sauce over the beef and vegetables, and stir to coat everything evenly.

Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
6. Add Noodles:

Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss to combine everything.

Drizzle sesame oil over the dish and stir to mix.
7. Season and Serve:

Taste the dish and season with salt and pepper as needed.
